BIKE RIDE FOR NICK PILCH - SATURDAY OCTOBER 25TH, 2-3 PM Only a few weeks remain until Election Day... It's time to let the people of Albany know that Nick Pilch is the City Council candidate who is most likely to improve conditions for cyclists and pedestrians in our area. And what better way to get the word out than to have a bike ride? So kit your bike out with 'Nick Pilch' signage and we'll take a leisurely ride through the streets of Albany to spread the word! The bigger the peloton, the bigger the spectacle, so invite your friends and family to come along! Bikes of all types, trikes and trailers welcome!!

We'll meet at 1:45 pm at Memorial Park near the new picnic tables close to the big fireplace and ball fields (also near the bathrooms). We'll have signs and stickers to help decorate your bicycles and trailers. Wheels up at 2:00 pm. We'll cruise the roads until about 3:00, ending our ride at Tay Tah Cafe, a supporting business of Albany Strollers & Rollers. There we can relax a bit while enjoying a snack or their famous tapioca drinks. Questions? Email Amy Smolens at calamari@alumni.duke.edu See you there!!
